Gedore Tools is the largest tool conglomerate in the world with over 22,000 tools made meeting the need for heavy-duty quality tools for the aviation, automotive, solar, wind power, mining, and other industrial sectors . The Dowidat brothers, Otto, Karl, and Willi started Gedore in Remscheid, Germany in 1919. Gedore Tools won the Eisen (Innovation Award) in 2012 and 2014 at the Eisenwaren Messe in Cologne for their Dremaster Torque Wrench and the 1990 M Magnetic Extension. Gedore makes several varieties of wrenches and sockets in an impressive range of sizes as well as other industrial tools.
